Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information UsefulSaathi handles when you use the website, and the choices you have.

Information you enter into tools

Anything you enter into our tools (names, birth dates, land measurements, budgets, expenses, photos, PDFs and text) is processed only in your browser and is not sent to our server. We do not create user accounts.

Information saved on your device

Some tools save your inputs in your browser’s local storage so they are there next time, for example your chosen city and language, your expense entries or your biodata. The AI Photo Studio saves its model files in your browser’s cache. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, or with the clear/remove buttons inside the tools.

Cookies and advertising

This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors from regions where consent is required are shown a consent message before personalised ads are used.

Third-party services

  • Google Fonts provides the fonts used on the site.
  • Cloudflare Workers AI: when you generate an image in the AI Photo Studio, your written prompt (never your photos) is sent to Cloudflare’s AI service, which returns the image. We don’t store prompts.
  • Hugging Face hosts the AI model files (background removal and upscaling) that download to your browser when you use those features.
  • Voice features (Voice-to-Text and spoken expense entry) use your browser’s built-in speech recognition. In Google Chrome, audio is processed by Google’s speech service under Google’s privacy policy.

These services receive the technical information any website request includes, such as your IP address and browser type.

Analytics

We may look at anonymous visit counts (such as how often a page is opened) to improve the site. This does not include your name or anything you type into a tool.

Children

The site is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
